I just realized Ercoire has been open in its current form for 4 years, a month and 10 days. Before that when it was called something else and hosted it was open for 3 more years bringing it to a total of about 7 years. But wait! My career as a blogger started way before that on the soon closed Geocities where my love for web design grew over 3 years and I kept a diary on the site. Now you can get a total. 10 years! Since 1999. This almost calls for a celebration of some sorts. I have strawberries and ice cream, that’ll do. :)

A lot has happened during these years, both good and bad. Nowadays I don’t blog as often (no, really?) but still miss the days I could write two or three entries a days. Then again, most of it was kind of worthless to read so perhaps it’s best if those times are forgotten. :) But longtime readers have been able to follow my teen life with rants, crushes, my high school graduation, the days of me being a camgirl (oh my) and so much more throughout these years. I feel a bit nostalgic going through old archives of mine.

It almost sounds like I’m closing up the shop now after 10 years. I’m not. Just gotta find more inspiration get this blog going again. Perhaps that’s happening now as I’m feeling happier than I’ve been in a really, really long time.

… I long for when the sun shines and I hopefully don’t freeze to death everyday.

… I long for my vacation from work.

… I long for when my Cute is done with school for the summer.

… I long for inspiration to blog more.

… I long for when there’s no stress.

(I especially long for the time to make a new header. Snowflakes in May? Too much even for me!) :)

I apologize, especially to my hostees, for the domain’s downtime this week. Netrillium decided to not renew the domain in time even though all was paid well in time, so that’s why it’s been down. Sorry!

My life, or rather this year, has been hectic and I haven’t felt like taking the time to really write, besides in my Swedish blog. Mostly because it’s been all the same: Work. Since my last entry, after Valentine’s Day (Long time since then!), life has been especially good to me after my friend from that entry has turned into my, well not boyfriend yet, but it’s getting there. So that of course takes up a lot of my time. Life is really good, for once.

Did anyone fall for an April Fools’ joke? I did. My colleague told me yesterday morning as I showed up for work that my boss was angry with me and had been looking for me. After wondering what the heck I could have done to cause her to be upset, my colleague of course laughed. Phew! Lucky for me it wasn’t true, haha.

I’m at work so I better go do what I’m paid for. Work. Work. And work some more.

Ah yes, the neverending story of never updating (and I still have comments to return). Oh well. Since last:

Mom’s 50th birthday was awesome. The people, food, music, presents. Very good evening! And she was very happy on how it turned out too. Phew.

Work is good. Lots to do and no time to do it, but I’m still here somehow managing it all.

And we’re moving on to new stuff. This past Saturday we had, as always on 2/14, Valentine’s Day. The day we all love to love or love to hate. Or something in between. I had a good time spending the night in bed watching a movie with a friend of mine. Very nice indeed. I hope you all had a good time too and perhaps even showed some love to all your near and loved ones.

My birthday is this coming Sunday. What the heck do I want? Nothing!
