This is going to be a challenge: NaBloPoMo. But I think the difficulty would not be to forget or some other lame reason but to find something interesting to talk about. I started today because my Google Reader started filling up. Not the best of reasons.
I really want to learn to play an instrument. I never thought of myself as a musician, but I want to have some type of ‘real’ hobby. For those little forms that ask you what are your hobbies, I don’t just want to put web-design, or something involving the Internet or computer.
I’m in a cross between Piano or [acoustic] Guitar (possibly bass). I know none of those will get me into an orchestra or anything, and for that is the exact reason I chose them.
I want to learn to play an instrument as well. Piano or acoustic guitar would be amazing. I want to take guitar lessons. I already have an acoustic guitar so it’d be lovely. You should do it too. It would be an awesome hobby. Something productive and I’m sure it’d be a good emotional outlet as well.
Playing an instrument can be fun. I used to play the french horn (lol) in the school band.. but I couldn’t play it now if my life depended on it. I can play bass guitar, though. My friend taught me. It’s not hard, considering there are only 4 strings.
