Dogs.
Although if I were given the choice, I still might choose dogs, but after careful consideration, or going to the pet store and seeing all the dogs and cats, I’d probably choose neither. As much I want a pet, dogs are loud1 (and quite frankly, they scare me). If I were to get a cat I would get freaked out by its little habits (like jumping, and even by the fact that it has nine lives).
Or maybe I’m just one of those freaky fish people?
1 I think I might be well suited for an English Bulldog though. They seem quiet enough and I like the idea of a hair less dog!

Awh, not all dogs are loud. My friend has two dogs - I cannot for the life of me think of the name of their breed, but they’re little furry white things - and they don’t shed at all. And their fur is hypoallergenic or some junk. And they don’t bark a lot at. :]
Though, both my dogs are loud and hairy. But I love them anywaysss.

dogs.
They’re cute, nice, squirmy, cuddly, and great to talk to when your life sucks. It’s true.
Cats, because they’re not loud, yet they’re very cuddly.
Nothing’s original. CATS!
I prefer dogs but I don’t think I’ll have either animal when I’m older — I wouldn’t enjoy their dependency.
Cats for me!
I think I would prefer a cat, although I’m really not an animal person at all. My fiancĂ©’s cat is eighteen years old, deaf, blind and completely harmless, so I enjoy him, but that’s about it.
I’m really scared of dogs, though. I have been for as long as I can remember
I love cats. They don’t just act like they own the place; they know that they own the place. All my cat has to do is show me his cute, fat belly and I’d do anything.
